HANDMADE JEWELRY

We are proud to provide quality handmade jewelry and we celebrate the individual nuances that each piece has. Given the handmade nature, no two pieces are exactly alike. Listing images are only an example of how the jewelry will look. We also use several precious and semi precious stones. Color, shape and texture of the stones is natural and will vary. Production times typically take 1-2 weeks, but during sales or promotions production times may be extended due to an increase in orders. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Our jewelry is handmade in Waxahachie, TX. Production usually takes 1-2 weeks prior to shipping your order. Please keep in mind that production time typically increases during sales and holidays. We do have some items that are IN STOCK that usually ship within 1-2 business days.

CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Our team starts processing orders the next business day after they are placed. any changes or updates need to be emailed to heygirl@sarahbriggs.com within 24 hours of placing the order. 

CUSTOMIZATIONS

Customization requests (such as metal color or necklace length) should be emailed to heygirl@sarahbriggs.com. If we can accommodate the request, there is a minimum $10 fee for all customizations. Any request that affects the design will not be approved. 


If the piece is no longer on the website we are unable to custom make it for you, but we promise you will be able to find something else perfect for you in our large selection of jewelry! 


During large sales (such as Black Friday) we are unable to process order customizations.

RUSH ORDERS

There is a minimum $25 fee for rush orders plus any additional rush shipping fees. Email heygirl@sarahbriggs.com for rush order requests.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As soon as your order is ready we will email you the tracking information! because our jewelry is handmade, production typically takes 1-2 weeks prior to shipping. at this time, some orders are taking an additional week to ship. 

MY TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING OR STILL SAYS "PRE-SHIPMENT"

Once we print a shipping label the package is delivered to the postal service within 24 hours. unfortunately, we have no control over postal service tracking and can not provide any additional updates. 

MY ORDER TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT! WHAT DO I DO?

Once your order says delivered there is still a chance that it can take 1-2 business days to show up at your door (weird, I know, but it's been happening). If your order still has not arrived please file a claim with your postal service.


If the package is marked delivered but there is no package, wait at least 5 days and if the package has still not arrived, a police report is required before filing out the requested form (the police report can be filed online)

I NEVER GOT A TRACKING NOTIFICATION

Check your SPAM, JUNK, PROMOTIONS, etc folder! More often than not, your notification will be there. If not, email heygirl@sarahbriggs.com and we will be happy to send you the tracking information again!

SB SHIPPING INSURANCE

Wait for your Sarah Briggs jewelry with a peace of mind with our Shipping Insurance! This insurance covers package protection on transit mishaps (lost, stolen, damaged, etc). If something happens, know you and your jewels are taken care of with this insurance!


$2 covers up to $100
$3 covers up to $200
$5 covers up to $300
$7 covers up to $400
$9 covers up to $500

Just add "SB Shipping Insurance" at check out and select your coverage protection. If you have a larger purchase and need more coverage, email heygirl@sarahbriggs.com to get your custom insurance! 


In the event that the package is lost, and it has been 7 days since tracking last updated, please fill out the requested form.

WHEN DO THEY SHIP?

All orders will start shipping the 10th of the next month (ex. if you purchase June 4th your order will not start shipping until July 10th). Orders must be placed by the last day of the month to get next month’s subscription (ex. must order by September 30th 11:59 EST to receive October subscription).

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Subscriptions are a monthly, recurring fee that will be charged on the same date every month (date of your original order). ex. if your first subscription order was placed on September 27th, you will be charged again on October 27, November 27, December 27, etc.

CAN I BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION PIECES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN REVEALED?

YES! subscription pieces will be available for purchase at full retail price after being shipped to subscribers. But why wait and pay full retail when you can have them first and at a MAJOR discount?!?

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Discount codes, promotions, and gifts with purchase do not apply to this product. subscription purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges as these pieces are already highly discounted.


WHAT IF I ORDER OTHER JEWELRY WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Any other items purchased in the same order as your subscription will ship on the 10th of the following month with the subscription product.

CAN I EDIT/MODIFY/SKIP MY SUBSCRIPTION?

YES!! you can skip, modify or cancel at anytime in your account under the ‘subscriptions’ tab. Any and all changes (like swapping subscription or switching metal color) must be done BEFORE your charge date to be counted towards that subscription

RETURNS

We want you to LOVE your jewelry but understand that sometimes its just not the right piece or that circumstances change. 

         - within 24 hours of order being placed you may cancel for a refund or store credit

         - within 60 days of order being placed we can issue store credit only

customer is responsible for all shipping cost. jewelry must be returned in the original condition. store credit will be issued once the jewelry has been received. all subscriptions, customized items, and sale/promotions are FINAL SALE. no returns or exchanges. (excludes NEWBIE15 and SB Reward codes). items purchased in any buy/sell/trade group are not eligible for return.

SALES + PROMOTIONS

All sale items are FINAL SALE  (excludes NEWBIE15 and SB Reward codes). This includes any promotional sales (such as Black Friday, BOGO, etc.), mystery bags + subscriptions. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Promos can not be combined with any other discount codes and do not apply to subscription pieces. 

REPAIRS

We will cover all manufacture defects at no cost to you within 60 days of purchase! 


If your item needs to be repaired, please fill out the Repair Request Form.


We will reach out to you within three business days to address your return. If you do not receive an email from us after three business days, please email heygirl@sarahbriggs.com to confirm that we've received your request. All other repair request should include a picture of the damaged jewelry and a brief description of what happened and what needs to be repaired. We can repair most things for a small fee + shipping cost. 



OH NO! I LOST 1 OF MY EARRINGS? CAN I GET A MATCH?

Yes! We can make a replacement for all current earrings. Email heygirl@sarahbriggs.com and we will get you taken care of.
